Founded in 2009 by a group of highly motivated security professionals with many years of experience in the security Industry with a vision to provide a customer focused, cost effective, efficient, and proactive advance security solutions using technical excellence and superior customer service.
The organizational goals of 1st Alliance Services are to provide the ultimate manned guarding service, excelling in training, discipline, professionalism, reliability and the constant supervision of all on-site security guards, door supervisors, stewards, CCTV operatives, close protection officers, thus ensuring a healthy climate between customer and company by always meeting each customer’s separate needs.
1st Alliance has attained ACS approved contractor status, ISO 9001 (Quality Management), CHAS & Safe Contractor (Health and Safety) accreditations. We are progressive and expanding security company and prides itself on its professionalism, flexibility, responsiveness, innovative approach, and its commitment to training as the keys to its success.
We are committed to provide highest standard of security service starts at the recruitment stage by undertaking rigorous pre-employment screening to gives our clients reassurance that each member of staff holds the necessary consents to work legally in the security services industry.
Our commitment is to protect people and their assets as well as taking care of our stakeholders by providing responsible and proactive fully insured and trained security personnel to our clients.
Quality
Our quality policy is to work to the recognized standards of BS7499:2020, for Manned Guarding Services, BS 7958 for CCTV, and the latest BS 7858:2019+A2:2009 for security screening. We make sure that our quality standard is precisely in line with our agreed Assignment Instructions.
The management of 1st Alliance Services is fully committed to the requirements of the Quality Manual and all employees are fully aware of their responsibilities for the implementation of the Quality Assurance procedures. They are responsible for achieving the required level of the quality in their particular activity.
The quality policies of 1st Alliance Services are coordinated by the Management Representative who has the authority and responsibility to implement the Quality System.
In recognition of the function of the quality system, we have successfully achieved certification of UKAS BS EN ISO 9001:1015 as the relevant standard against which the company intends to operate in achieving a quality service and customer satisfaction.
Professionalism
The Professionalism and Quality is vital to achieve our high standards. Our Security personnel are screened according to BS 7858. We implement standards of BS7499, BS7958, BS8507-1, BS10800 to follow our quality policy.
