Having invested heavily in our Security Officers through recruitment, vetting and training processes, we are keen to ensure that we retain their services, fulfilling our duties as a responsible employer with a focus on becoming the employer of choice within the security industry.
Each assignment is managed by a dedicated area manager whose responsibility it is to ensure regular visits are made to the site, reviewing all activity including the welfare and development needs of each of our officers. Each area manager will arrange a formal meeting with his or her customer at an agreed frequency to determine if the needs and standards of our staff is complying with our clients’ needs and satisfaction. ‘We listen and Act’
