We are thrilled to announce that 1st Alliance Security Services Ltd has been awarded a place on the NHS SBS Security Services Framework (SBS10502) for the provision of professional security services, CCTV surveillance, and Video Surveillance Systems (VSS).
Under this prestigious four-year security contract, we plan to deliver nationwide security services, including CCTV monitoring, security guarding, and access control solutions, ensuring healthcare security for NHS facilities across the UK.

1st Alliance offers a variety of security services across the whole range of the industry, commercial, retail, construction and public sector – providing an trained, experienced and bespoke service to all our clients. 1st Alliance has always placed great emphasis on building long term partnerships with our customers. Our security operatives are trained to all the mandatory levels with additional bespoke training to meet the needs and requirements to each client and site. Whether this be in the form of ‘manned guarding’, ‘customer services duties’, or linking with the client’s staff to provide ‘concierge services’ wherein our operatives become ambassadors for our clients, their staff, their customers and the general public.
Commercial and Public Sector Guarding
1st Alliance provides security guarding to commercial and public sector clients across the UK, including retail, construction and healthcare sites, with client sites concentrated around Birmingham and London. Our officers are trained in line with the Private Security Industry Act 2001, with additional training specific to each client’s site and sector. Services include manned guarding, CCTV monitoring, mobile patrols, door supervision, crowd management and fire warden cover, depending on what a site needs, and cover can be arranged on an ad hoc basis where a client needs additional guards at short notice. We are a supplier on the NHS SBS Security Services Framework (SBS10502), covering security guarding, CCTV surveillance and video surveillance systems for NHS sites nationally, and we hold SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) status for the provision of security guarding. We work with clients over the long term, with regular contact between our management team and theirs, so that cover, reporting and standards stay consistent as a contract runs. Each assignment is managed by a dedicated point of contact who oversees delivery on site and reports back on a regular basis.
