CCTV Operatives

Many businesses now use closed circuit television (CCTV) surveillance cameras to enhance or as a tool to ensure the safety of staff and members of the public using and visiting their premises. CCTV Operatives in central control rooms monitor screens linked to strategically placed cameras and look out for any criminal or suspicious activities on their premises.

All our CCTV operators hold valid SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) license and trained according to the latest BS 7958:2009 Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Management and operating Codes of practice. If CCTV operators see anyone behaving suspiciously, they continue monitoring and if they see a criminal act including Theft, Criminal Damage (vandalism), Anti-Social behavior or Offences Against the Person (Assault) being committed they contact on site security staff or the police immediately and continue monitoring until the incident is resolved.
