Door Supervision

Our Door Supervisors are trained to evaluate and de-escalate issues before they arise, however if this is not possible our Door Supervisors will take control of a situation without being aggressive or overbearing. They are assertive and commanding when dealing with individuals who need to be prevented from entering or escorted from our client’s premises. They are also trained to recognize and deal with evacuation from premises whether this is due to fire or criminal activity. They will become part of the premises fire control team making sure fire equipment is correct and working and fire routes and doors are left clear and unobstructed.

All our Door Staff and are licensed in accordance with the Private Security Industry Act 2001.
